It’s Training Tuesday! 🏥🚑🔥 Today, the Metro Medic Program (MMP) Academy 25-2 simulated a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI). An MCI is an incident that either meets certain patient count criteria, or overwhelms the EMS system. This drill put recruits in a real-life MCI scenario with multiple challenges including auto extrications, traumatic injuries, and fatalities with both live patients and mannequins.
